Nik and Trick

I placed an order with Nik and Trick on Monday and received confirmation of order but the order still hasn’t been dispatched. Also tried calling them several times but just get answerphone. I understand they are a busy shop but 5 days is a little excessive!

Anybody else order from them and had issues?

The Royal Mail is slow at the moment, If your order went out on Monday, that's only 4 days, I send items out via eBay sales and hey get tracked sometimes items are delivered in 2 days but that can stretch to a week or longer if there's a weekend in the middle.

I'm waiting for a new Debit card, sent Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, that was dispatched on Tuesday. That's just the way things are at the moment.

Thanks Ian. I paid extra for next day DHL delivery and usually get a dispatch notification, but nothing as yet!

I've had a few things off them via their ebay store and although they seem to take a while to post , or at least mark as posted , the orders always turn up in a reasonable amount of time .
I think the last order was late , but only by a day or two . Possibly done to royal mail .

I ordered a box of chemicals from them a week ago and it came next day. They are a small shop and depending on work load, time of day, delivery companies, IT issues, etc, etc it takes what it takes. We are so used to Amazon and next day delivery we expect the same logistics from small independent retailers. I'm not having a go at you, I do the same also but Amazon (intentionally) have corrupted our expectations of what is reasonable for small retailers with price and delivery.
