Help on Notches

I thought I was developing 4 sheets of Formapan 100, but when I checked them after drying I found that two sheets had nothing on them, for the life of me I cant think what happened. The only film I have now is Formapan and Hp4 in sheet film. I did have some Portra, so it might be that type of film, but I have searched on-line to try and find the code but nothing I have found is the same. Anybody any idea on what this sheet film is/was

Keith thanks for that I have looked at the fuji stuff and you are quite right is does look exactly like this, but the only problem I have, I have never bought any Fuji sheet film in 4x5.. . I think whats happened is I bought some extra film holders, and I remember when I was loading some a couple of weeks ago I got hold of one and started to load it only to find it had film in it. I could not remember ever loading it and just put it down to a senior moment that I had and forgot.

So maybe it was in one the holders I bought, but also even if color I should have some sort of image on it sfter development as I took them as test shots, and before that I used a instax wide to check all was working the camera, both sheets of this where blank. Very strange.

I keep a couple of spoiled sheets in case I need to demonstrate what LF film looks like and how it’s loaded. It’s possible that I’m not alone.
