We just wanted to say hello! For those of you who dont know us, Nik & Trick Photo Services consists of me: Nikki & my partner Richard. We have run our business from a shop in Folkestone since 2012 and since the beginning have specialised in film photography.

We have recently become stockists of Chamonix cameras and accessories. We also stock Shen Hao 5x4 cameras and accessories as well as the all important film! Everything you need to develop your film is there too or we can do that for you up to 10x8 sheet.

Welcome. If you check your sales records, you'll see I'm already a customer, and I would love to actually visit your shop, as I've checked out your location on Google Streetview. I've never been to Folkestone - Kent is well off my beaten track. I intend to remedy that, Boris permitting.

On the other hand, I might delay until the Ansco has sold as I don't need another 10x8 camera and, like Oscar Wilde, I can resist anything except temptation!

Welcome, will keep an eye on your prices etc, my current supplier I first used in late 1976 or early 7 when I bought a 5x4 monorail camera and enlarger off them, then only used them again in the last 5 or 6 years.

I used Leeds for years they always had the paper film and chemistry I used on the shelf, initially I was in the same complex the old Victorian Birmingham Womens Prison, almost opposite them. Years later Kevin the main sales guy told me I was the only person buying Agfa films and paper from them , sometimes they didn't have enoungh but it was only a day or two to get it in from anaother store.

That was superb customer service and when I had a major exhibition they gave me generous sponsorship in terms of large discounts. In return their Logo etc was on all publicity as a sponsor along with West Midlands Arts (Arts Council) who'd also given me funding.

We need good honest suppliers even more today than the past. Good luck.
