Not a very interesting topic but I am curious as to how you store your negatives.
Currently, I am storing my negatives in PrintFile sleeves and then I place them into a normal A4 ring binder.

I have three ring binders, one for 35mm, one for MF and the other for 5x4

I keep my negatives in PrintFile archival sleeves. Those sleeves along with contact sheets and printing notes go into a Tyvek envelope, one shooting day or trip per envelope.

I use a home-made system. I make a paper folder for each negative. The paper is archival quality watercolour cotton rag paper, 90 lb weight. This comes in 22" x 30" sheets. A sheet is first cut in half lengthways making two sheets measuring 11" x 30". These are then cut into 5" wide strips, each measuring 5" x 11". Each of these is then folded into three, so the negative can fit inside. The front flap is about 3" deep. I write details like title, date taken, camera used, exposure , development details, etc. on this On the top right corner I write the negative number - the first was 54001 . All the folders are stored, in order, in card storage boxes. These are about 6 inches wide, 5 inches high and 9 inches long.
To complement this I make an A5 size print of each negative and these are stored in order in an A5 ring binder.

I like glassine type bags/sleeves but they are not very see through , then in strong file boxes.
Not keen on binders due to sag if not stored spine up plus open for dust.
I do not shoot enough to have a problem..

Wow that sounds complex, you must take a phone snap of these Alan

It's just a simple bit of folded paper Ian. But you do need a cutting mat, a straight edge and a knife to cut the 22" x30" sheet of paper up.
