Can anyone help with what is causing the red staining on the edges of my film?

It's not in the exact same spot as your earlier images, but still quite similar. It could be contamination, who is processing the sheets?
Where are you loading the darkslides, is there an extension lead with a red indicator led, they cause me a problem when loading film.

I load my film in a changing bag in a darkened room but not a darkroom as such.
I bought six new Toyo darkslides in the hope it was my old holders causing the issue. As can be seen, it was not the film holders.
My film is processed by me in a Paterson tank with a MOD 54 holder.
The Mod 54 is also loaded in a darkened room using a changing bag.
The chemistry I used for the above was Bellinifoto E6 which, if I'm honest, was nearly exhausted. That said, I'm seeing the same thing with fresh chemistry.
Something at the back of my mind is telling me the MOD 54 holder is absorbing the stabiliser.
Anyway, I have a brand new Stearman Press tank arriving in the next few days so I may well find the cause next time I soup some E100.
My only other thought was I maybe bought a dud batch of film as all my current stock was purchased at the same time from the same supplier.
I am open to suggestions though.

Suggestion:
Take a sheet of your film in question and put it straight in the MOD54 and tank and develop it using your usual method and chemicals. If it comes out with red edges then it eliminates the dark slides. The only way to eliminate the tank is to use a different method to develop it. If you manage to find an alternative method and it is still red then most probably it is the film itself...

I am expecting a Stearman Press tank to arrive today so as soon as I have some film to process I'll use that.
I will also stop putting the stabiliser in the tank.
