Whats Your Latest Photographic Project

I'm working on a book project. I worked for 2 years on the linguitical border in Belgium. The book will show either landscapes of these border and pictures of couple speaking french & dutch.

I'm actually working on texts and looking for editors and money...

I'm also working on a book. One of those self publishing ones out of Blurb. I am calling it 'The 2 50 Project' The criteria for the photographs are, it has to be taken by cycling to the venue and use a 50mm lens. So I'm restricted to using 35 and 120mm for this one. But might do a 2 150 later with the 5x4. In the dark recess of the grey matter, another plot is germanating using wet plate. But some building and modifying needs doing over winter.

I'm now doing some 'looking' (by driving around a bit) looking for old wooden farm buildings (much more common around here than stone buildings on the Canadian prairies). I did a 'project' for my advanced studio... (I went and finished earning my part-time BFA a few years ago... and graduated as a 73 Y/O). In my senior and advanced studios courses, I hung my ('archaic' 4x5 and 8x10 non-silver) prints of open/broken windows and doors around the property.... entitled "Portals"... and want to 'continue' this project for a while. So I 'visit'.. and politely ask for the owner's permission to come onto their property over a period of some weeks explaining what I am 'doing' (also awaiting 'good' light) with the promise that I will not move, disturb or destroy anything. Fortunately, I have yet to be refused permission.... and I even had the the 'pleasure' of inviting the owners to come and have a look at the GG under the dark-cloth. So...when I get a scanner sometime this month (I am not 'into' digital cameras) I'll scan.. and post some of the results from original negs
