A genuine pleasure last week to meet with Emilien Fasquel...of Fasquel Cameras.

As you all know we love to do our bit to work with people starting out and this is certainly no exception and this guy is talented believe me, he'll be a great addition to "Team Nik & Trick"

He brought with him one of his beautiful hand made10x8 cameras to show us, and for us to make product photos of as we hope to be one of his agents in the near future.

His design is homage to Deardorff (he was fascinated by our original) with some clever updates and innovative additiions such some clever ways of dealing with movements on the lens bearing standard and improvements at the rear too.

These are made mostly to order and there are options...we love options...such as the timber used in the construction, bellows colour etc

Prices: to be arranged due to taxation status' what we can say for certain is that taking into account the materials and timbers used, the craftsmanship and quality of finish it is exactly on a par with all of the other offerings out there.

Lovingly made to a very exacting standard we see these as a wonderful addition to our already fine range of large format offerings.

And look at this photo, the guy has passion, it reflects what we all witness in the increasing strength of film photography.

Interested? Give us a shout at info@ntphotoworks.com

Bellows colour can be changed as we mentioned in the original post :) everything is adjustable (pretty much anyway!)

I like coloured bellows too. But not all colours, and I think the colour of the bellows should be in harmony with the colour of the wood. Not that it really matters....The important bit is how the pictures come out.
