I was looking through some paper negatives I made last year and decided to contact print one.
The negative was made on Ilford RC Glossy paper and contact printed onto Ilford RC pearl

Did you use any filtration? if not i'd wonder if a half grade or so would bring out the lettering a bit more. But of course the way i see something and what you see will probably never be the same. In any case it's a nice image.

For me, the image is a little on the light side but as you can see from the paper negative on the left, there are a lot of light tones in it. I. gave this 35 seconds at Grade 1 to try and bring out some of the detail followed by a 14 second exposure at Grade 4. I wanted to burn in the headstone but as you can imagine, I can't see through the paper negative.
