Since I've just got my darkroom operational and have finally got my hands on 10 x 8 film hangers I thought it pertinent to try and make some new, knowledgeable friends! ;)
I'm about to finally give my Deardorff a work out, quite frankly its petrified me for about 5 years...the size of the thing and the multitude of factors involved in making a photograph..:eek: Ive been happy to exist in the comforting world of digital Nikon. No more! The darkroom is now fully light tight and warm enough to spend time in, its a tomb in winter!

As Stephen says, there's nothing to be afraid of. Each of the steps in LF is very simple, but sometimes there are quite a lot of them. Just tackle one at a time and everything will be fine. Happily, time is one of the things that a large format camera gives you.
If you can master the menus on the Nikon, you can do anything.
