Mr Sherman is mentioned frequently on this site. Here is a video of him discussing creativity. I'm afraid it's the worst-made video I have ever seen. Presumably some luckless person was volunteered at the last minute.
This is not Mr Sherman's fault, but it's a pity that he's served so ill.

He definitely does not make great (or, really, even good) videos, but IMO he's a consummate craftsmen and fine photographer. I, personally, have benefited from his teachings.

I also have gained quite a lot of information from using his developing system with Pyrocat. The first time I used his method was to place a church window on zone 12 and bring it back to zone 8 through his technique.
